Good to know
Check-in and check-out: Please vacate your room by 11 am on your day of departure. Your room will be ready for you from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm, as otherwise your room will be allocated to other guests if necessary.

Single-person occupancy of double room: 40% surcharge.
Group bookings during public holidays and at weekends: half-board only.
Children’s rates with two or more full-paying guests in rooms & suites:
• Children from 0 to 2.99 years old: from 35 euro per day
• Children from 3 to 13.99 years old: 40 % discount on person/day rates
• Children from 14 years old or adults: 30 % discount on person/day rates
Visitor’s tax: 3 Euro per person per day (14 years old and over).
Dogs: Dogs are welcome in the annexe on request. Please bring you own dog basket/blanket. Please understand that we can only accept one dog per room and that, out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the spa area, the garden or the dining room. The daily rate for dogs is €12 (food not included). Final cleaning, if required, will be charged to your bill.
Cancellations: If you should have to delay, cancel or cut short your booked holiday here in Kaltern/Caldaro, you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with EU regulations. Cancellation fees per guest: Cancellations 4 weeks or more before the start of the holiday are free of charge. For later cancellations, we charge 20% of your booked stay. Within one week before arrival we charge 80% of the total booked cost. Please understand that we can only accept written room cancellations. Deposits will be retained in full. For this reason, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment: We accept cash, credit cards (excluding American Express) and EC cards. Please remember, that cash payment is limited in accordance with Italian regulations.
Room requests: Please understand that it is not always possible for us to guarantee you a specific room number or floor. We will do our best, however, to satisfy your requests.
